Safeway Purchases CT Operations Building

Safeway, a major North American supplier of construction scaffolding and associated engineering services, has purchased a 29,000 SF building at 188 Bradley Street in New Haven to locate its Connecticut operations. Dow Realty and Fischer Real Estate represented the seller, A&H Estra, LLC in the $1 million deal.

Safeway has operations in 41 US states and all major Canadian provinces.  It is a leader in the design, construction and management of construction scaffolding systems for all types of projects, including major building and bridge work.

CrossFit Gilded has opened in Woodbridge

Woodbridge acquires its first CrossFit facility with the opening of CrossFit Gilded, located on 180 Amity Road. The newly established company provides individual and group work out programs designed to meet the needs of every member regardless of current fitness level or experience.

CrossFit Gilded has leased the portion of the building know as 7 Seldon Street, which contains 3,840 square feet. Harley Hiscock III of Dow Realty Company was the sole broker in the transaction.
