Acqua Comfort, a leading supplier of swimming pool heat pumps, has brought its pump assembly operation in house and located it in New Haven. The company signed a long term lease to occupy 12,500 square feet at 100 Gando Drive along the I91 corridor. The site lies within the City of New Haven’s Empowerment Zone which qualifies Acqua Comfort to receive certain financial incentives. The company also is taking advantage of a Jobs Grant for the creation of new jobs from the State of Connecticut’s stimulus program. 
Acqua Comfort is a Wallingford, CT based company that designs, manufactures and sells heat pumps through a nationwide network of distributors. Dow Realty represented the building owner in this transaction.
