Dow Realty represented the seller of the property which contains two warehouse buildings with loading docks that was purchased by CSS Industries, a Stratford CT based company. CSS, an asphalt paving, maintenance and sweeping contractor, will operate out of the 7,140 sf facility. Dow Realty facilitated the lease of the 6,000 sf warehouse on the site to Bond Brothers Construction. Bond Brothers is a commercial construction, general contracting and building asset management company based in Everett, MA with an operation in Durham, CT. Both companies will use their new base to serve local projects.
