454 LIFE SCIENCES EXPANDS IN BRANFORD

50 East Industrial Road, Branford

Dow Realty Company announced the long term lease of 50 East Industrial Road in Branford to 454 Life Sciences, a Roche company. 454 Life Sciences Corporation will occupy the entire 55,400 SF facility located just off of I-95, Exit 56. The company plans to expand their manufacturing operations and add approximately 100 new staff positions.

454 Life Sciences is a biotechnology company specializing in DNA sequencing and has been rapidly growing since the release of the GS20 sequencing machine in 2005.
